Andi

Andi Davis, CPB serves as Practice Manager and Director of Operations and Billing for our women-centered, reproductive psychiatric practice. A credentialed billing professional and Certified Professional Biller through the AAPC (member since 2020), Andi brings 18 years of hands-on expertise in revenue-cycle operations across ophthalmology, oculoplastics, and substance-use treatment settings.  She founded Valkyrie Billing, a medical billing firm, and has also served as an adjunct professor at Carroll Community College, where she taught “Medical Billing for the Provider’s Office.”

Beyond her technical skill, Andi is the first voice patients hear—and the steady guide they come to trust. She combines meticulous attention to detail with warmth, clarity, and advocacy, helping patients understand benefits, navigate authorizations, and remove barriers to care. Her commitment is simple and unwavering: make every interaction easier, kinder, and more transparent. Whether coordinating complex billing needs or smoothing out day-to-day logistics, Andi is deeply invested in our patients’ health and success, and she routinely goes the extra mile to support them on their journey.
