High-Stakes Cases, Clear Expert Guidance

Most physicians receive little training in reproductive psychiatry and it's hard to keep up with the latest research—yet these are some of the most complex, and high-stakes cases.

We offer rapid physician-to-physician consultation, one-time comprehensive evaluations, or ongoing care for premenstrual, perinatal, perimenopausal patients who aren't making progress or you simply don't feel comfortable.

Our team provides clear documentation and treatment recommendations so you can confidently support your patient while protecting yourself from medicolegal risk.

Appropriate Referrals

We welcome referrals for adult patients (18 and older). Exceptions may be made for adolescents with reproductive psychiatric conditions, when early evaluation is critical.

Our team provides consultation and care for complex psychiatric presentations where hormones may or may not be contributing factors, including:

  • Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health – mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and after delivery

  • Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and hormone-sensitive mood disorders

  • Perimenopause-Related Concerns – mood, anxiety, and cognitive changes during midlife transition

  • Nuanced, women-specific evaluations of common conditions:

    • Anxiety disorders

    • Major depression

    • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in women

    • Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) and Phobias

    • Eating disorders

    • Bipolar Disorder

    • PTSD

    • Insomnia and sleep disturbance

    • Chronic illness/unexplained somatic symptoms

Our evaluations integrate reproductive psychiatry expertise with a whole-person perspective—ensuring that psychiatric, hormonal, and psychosocial contributors are all thoughtfully addressed.
