Understanding How Premenstrual Symptoms Change Over Time
Women frequently tell us that their premenstrual symptoms—such as mood shifts, irritability, anxiety, fatigue, or physical discomfort—are different now compared with their teens, 20s, 30s, or perimenopause. Despite how common this is, very little research has explored how these symptoms evolve with age.
This survey is part of a collaborative project between Psychiatry for Women and Bea Buchler, a senior at Towson High School with a deep interest in reproductive psychiatry. Together, we’re hoping to better describe these patterns and support future work that improves care for women at every stage of life.
Your responses are completely anonymous and will help us understand real experiences across ages.
Thank you for contributing to this work.
