About Miranda
Miranda is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive expertise in women’s mental health, including the perinatal, postpartum, and perimenopausal stages of life. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where women can explore the unique challenges of hormonal transitions, parenting, and identity shifts with compassion and support.
In addition to her focus on reproductive and midlife mental health, Miranda brings specialized training in trauma treatment, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She helps women process and heal from past experiences that continue to affect their well-being, fostering resilience and emotional freedom.
Miranda is also highly skilled in addressing body image concerns and disordered eating patterns. She supports women in redefining their relationship with food and body, helping them manage fears around weight, self-image, and the natural changes that occur across different life stages.
Her integrative approach blends evidence-based therapy with deep compassion, emphasizing self-care, self-acceptance, and whole-person well-being. Miranda’s goal is to empower women to feel balanced, confident, and connected to themselves at every stage of life.
